I’m the founder of The People Collab, a people and culture consultancy helping fast-growing businesses lead with clarity, capability and heart. After 10+ years in senior HR roles for a large global retailer, navigating everything from cyber attacks to COVID to company sales, I saw the toll that poorly managed change and disconnected leadership can take on people and performance.
I also saw the power of doing it differently.
I created The People Collab for the founders and leaders who are building something special, but need the right support to grow it well.
💡 You don’t always need a full-time Head of People.
But you do need someone who can guide strategy, lead with empathy, and get things done. That’s where I come in.
