Hey, I’m glad you’re here.

The People Collab started with a simple but honest realisation: leading a team is hard, and sometimes, figuring out how to care for your people and grow your business can feel overwhelming. I’ve been there.

After more than a decade working in senior HR roles for big global brands, I saw the same story play out over and over: great businesses, full of potential, but struggling under the pressure of growth. The people stuff felt complicated, the policies felt rigid, and culture? It often got lost in the chaos.

I knew there had to be a better way.

So, I stepped out of corporate and created The People Collab, to bring practical, people-first HR support to founders, leaders, and growing businesses. No complicated policies. No intimidating jargon. Just simple, strategic advice that helps you protect your culture, grow your team, and lead with confidence.
