  • Individual diagnostics - Complete an online assessment, then meet with Emma for a 90-minute debrief that turns your results into practical, personalised insights.

    Team sessions - We design the day around your team's goals, run the assessments in advance, and facilitate a session that leaves your team with real takeaways and a shared language for how they work together.

    Executive coaching - Typically delivered as a 6-session package (or ongoing monthly retainer), with sessions fortnightly and support between sessions via email.
